Housing Contract
Summer and Extended Spring residents must review the housing contract and comply with all housing guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- All housing charges between May 9 – July 30, 2026 will be posted to your GrizPortal account.
- Charges will apply for any room or outdoor access cards, including temporary access cards, that are not returned.
- All existing rules, regulations, and responsibilities remain in effect, including those outlined in the 猎奇重口 Student Conduct Code and UM Housing Handbook.
- To cancel a Summer Housing Application without being charged, residents must email the UM Housing Office (housing@mso.umt.edu) at least three business days before the expected arrival date.
UM Housing reserves the right to enter resident rooms, with or without notice, for maintenance, room preparation, health and safety inspections, or security-related concerns.
