Fall Semester Early Arrival Housing: July 30-Aug 17
Summer Session Residents Returning to the Residence Halls for Fall Semester:
Summer Housing ends on July 30, 2026. All residents will be required to vacate Miller by 7:00 p.m. on that date.
Students with a completed 2026-2027 Academic Year UM Housing Application may arrange to move directly into their Fall Semester assignment on July 30. These residents will be charged $25 per night from July 30-August 17, 2026 (official Fall Semester opening day). This nightly rate applies only to residents transferring directly from their summer room to their fall room on July 30.
Residents who vacate Miller Hall by July 30 and later return before August 17 will be charged the Early Arrival Housing rate of $100 per night.
Information on how to request Fall Semester Early Arrival Housing for July 30 - August 17, 2026 will be emailed to summer residents in July.
