Who is Eligible To Apply?
- Spring residents not attending Summer Session who need to extend their spring housing from May 9-17, 2026
- Students with a completed 2026-2027 Residence Halls application
- Students enrolled for Summer Academic Session
Important Notice: No Hot Water
UM will conduct its annual Heating Plant shut down for maintenance from May 9-18, 2026. Hot water will not be available in the residence halls during this period.
