Extended Spring Housing
Residents may request to extend their Spring Semester housing for reasons such as graduation or transportation needs.
Deadline to Request Extended Spring Housing:
Thursday, April 30, 2026
Eligibilty & Move-Out Dates
Miller Floors 3, 4, & 5:
- Extended Housing available May 9-12, 2026
- Move-out by 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12, 2026
Miller 1st,2nd Floors, and all other residence halls:
- Extended Housing available May 9-17, 2026
- Move-out by 7:00 PM on Sunday, May 17, 2026
Rates
- $25.00 per night
- Charges will be posted to the student account through GrizPortal
Room and Outdoor Access
Miller, Pantzer, and Turner residents:
- Room and outdoor access will be automatically extended on your mobile credentials for approved dates.
Residents in all other halls:
- Must visit their Area Desk May 4-8 to checkout an extended room access card. Outdoor access will be added to the Griz Card for approved dates.
Important Reminders
- Current Spring room and outdoor access ends at 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 9, 2026.
- Submit the Extended Housing Application by April 30, 2026 to avoid access interruption.
- All approved residents must complete a proper checkout and return any issued access cards.
