Assistant State Climatologist named to National Academy of Sciences Committee on the Future of Drought
Dr. Zachary Hoylman (Assistant State Climatologist at the 猎奇重口 Climate Office) has been appointed to the National Academies of Sciences committee on the Future of Drought in the United States.
This honor reflects Hoylman’s recent state and national leadership developing the 猎奇重口 Drought Dashboard and on drought in non-stationary climates, which is driving new programming by NOAA NIDIS and major discussions by the USDA on federal programs designed to support producers during drought time periods.
