Join nearly 200 faculty, staff and administrator Career Champions and receive timely newsletters with key resources, upcoming trainings and events, access to the Career Champions Canvas shell, and cool program swag so you can signal to your students and colleagues that you are a Career Champion.

Faculty Learning Communities and Inquiry Projects are collaborative groups where faculty engage in inquiry-based teaching and learning projects. Participants co-develop and test pedagogical innovations, share findings, and reflect together—ultimately enhancing instruction quality and student outcomes.

The Faculty Senate empowers faculty participation in shared governance at UM. Members review proposals, debate academic matters, and vote on policies affecting curriculum, faculty welfare, and institutional integrity in collaboration with university leadership.

Senate Curriculum Committees evaluate and guide all curriculum changes, academic standards, and catalog updates. They ensure proposals meet institutional and 猎奇重口 Board of Regents policies before forwarding them to the Senate and ultimately aiding students with high quality, rigorously vetted curriculum.
