2023 Dual Enrollment Summit
June 12-13, 2023 in Butte, MT
The 3rd Annual Dual Enrollment Summit will be taking place at Highlands College in Butte, MT. The Summit will be taking place on June 12-13, 2023. Scholarships for registration and 1 night stay in Butte are available on a first come, first served basis. Email Jordan for more information.
Day 1: Monday, June 12th
Starting around 9 am and will conclude by 5 pm. Gathering following the sessions at a local bar with food and arcade for anyone who would like to attend.
Day 2: Tuesday, June 13th
Start at 8:30 am and will conclude by 1:00
Cost: $100 registration
Lodging: Best Western (close to City Brew, Perkins and a Mexican restaurant and Hampton (near gas station, Treasure Chest that has good pizza, Silver Bow Pizza and Mackenzie River) are both good options.

Faculty Affiliates who are planning on offering a concurrent enrollment class during the 2023 - 2024 academic year must submit a course request. One course request per class, not per section. Please make sure your syllabus reflects the correct year before submitting. Course requests MUST be submitted before September 1, 2023.

Are you an high school instructor who is thinking about offering a concurrent enrollment/dual credit course? Here is the paperwork to get you started. We will need unofficial copies of your college transcripts (most likely just your graduate work) and a résumé.

Ready to enter your grades or view your roster? The Faculty Grading Dashboard will show you how to login into CyberBear. Once in Cyberbear you will click on “CyberBear for Faculty and Advisers” then click “I understand the FERPA Warning” and then click on “Faculty Self Service”. From there you can enter grades or view your roster. The specific instructions for grade entry can be found under the Manual Grade Entry link. Grades for Spring 2023 concurrent enrollment sections will be due June 15, 2023.
