Partner University Exchange Housing Application Instructions

Partner University exchange students should apply for housing through UM Housing at 猎奇重口. They also have the option of seeking off-campus accommodations on their own if they wish to do so.
- Partner University students should in a Residence Hall or in the Lewis and Clark Village. Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-assigned basis by the date the housing application is completed.
- Meal plans are required if residing in the residence halls, but not for Lewis and Clark Village. Students will select their preferred meal plan on the housing application.
- If you haven't had the chance to see any UM residence halls in person, to learn about your options.
ISEP University Exchange Housing Application Instructions

ISEP exchange students should apply for housing through UM Housing at 猎奇重口. The terms of their ISEP room and board benefits while at UM on ISEP exchange are spelled out in detail in their Institutional Information Sheet and agreed upon by them in the Participant Placement Acceptance Form.
- ISEP students must apply for housing at Lewis and Clark Village (LCV) first. LCV are furnished apartments located near campus which allow students to have a single room, a full bathroom shared with either one or two other individuals, and a full kitchen.
- IMPORTANT: If students are put on a waitlist with LCV due to capacity issues, they must then apply to the Residence Halls as a backup option. LCV will keep applicants on their waitlist, and if a vacancy opens, they will be able to cancel their Residence Hall application for a full refund.
- Meal plans are required if residing in the residence halls, but not for students residing in LCV. Students living in LCV are welcome to purchase a meal plan if they wish, and can peruse meal plans for purchase.
- You can view descriptions and photos of LCV in advance. If you haven't had the chance to see any UM residence halls in person, to learn about your options.
Meal Plans
There are various meal plans available through UM Dining. Students living in on campus Residence Halls are required to purchase a meal plan through UM Dining.
For students living at Lewis & Clark Villages, any student with an active Griz Card can activate a Bear Bucks account which allows students to deposit money into a meal plan account to purchase meals at a discounted rate at all dining facilities on campus.
For ISEP exchange students, their monthly meal stipend will be loaded on to their Griz Cards in the form of UMoney, which can be spent wherever UMoney is accepted. This UMoney is loaded onto their Griz cards at the beginning of each month they are at UM.

Early Arrival Housing (Prior to Official Move-In Day for Residence Halls)
Residence Halls
For students with accommodations in the residence halls who arrive before the official Move-In day, it is necessary to arrange Early Arrival housing. This is done through your online housing portal. Early Arrival Housing is available for $25.00/night prior to the official opening day of the residence halls. Lewis and Clark Village
For students with accommodations in Lewis and Clark Village (LCV), they will select a specific move-in date on their LCV application which coincides with their arrival to Missoula. Monthly rent at LCV will begin accruing on this move-in date, which is selected by the student per the options available to them on the LCV application.
