Are you interested in becoming a speech-language pathologist or audiologist? Do you need to complete courses to make you eligible for a graduate program?
Our Post-Baccalaureate Communicative Sciences and Disorders (CSD) Leveling sequence is designed for individuals with undergraduate degrees in non-CSD majors who are looking to fulfill the prerequisite coursework required by our MS SLP graduate program. The purpose is to provide students with foundational knowledge in the areas of speech, language, and hearing development prior to taking graduate coursework.
The CSD Leveling sequence consists of 11 courses for a total of 32 credits. These 11 courses can be completed within one year over the fall, spring, and summer semesters. The courses can be completed either on-campus, online, or a hybrid of both (provided student is registered as an on-campus student).
The coursework may also be a pathway to a graduate degree in Audiology or other Speech-Language Pathology programs, however, you must contact individual graduate programs directly to find out details of their process as well as whether or not our courses meet their course equivalencies.
