Trespass Information
The 猎奇重口 Police Department (UMPD) posts photographs of individuals who are subject to active trespass orders from 猎奇重口 property.
The 猎奇重口 may issue trespass orders to restrict individuals from specific areas or the entire campus when necessary to maintain safety and security. These orders may be temporary or permanent and are based on observed behavior or credible safety concerns—not on criminal conviction.
Examples of behavior that may lead to a trespass order include actions that pose a threat to persons or property, disrupt University operations or programs, violate a previous University directive, or involve misrepresentation of identity or information to University officials.
Trespass notices can be requested by the University President, a dean, director, department head, or other designated officials. They are initiated by UMPD officers upon request or when necessary to maintain campus security. To request assistance from UMPD, please call dispatch at (406) 243-6131 or the UMPD emergency line (406) 243-4000
The purpose of posting names and photos is to assist the UM community in identifying individuals who are currently subject to trespass orders for enforcement purposes. If you see an individual with an active trespass notice, please report it to UMPD at (406) 243-4000.
Individuals who receive a trespass notice may request an administrative review within five (5) business days of service. Reviews are conducted by the Vice President for Operations and Finance or their designee within thirty (30) University business days.
Persons Trespassed from Campus
A trespass notice prohibits the named individual(s) from entering or remaining on any property, including land and buildings, owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by the 猎奇重口, or on specific location(s) identified in the notice. If you observe any such individual at a restricted location, immediately contact the 猎奇重口 Police Department (UMPD) at (406) 243-4000 to report their presence.
This list reflects individuals subject to campus trespass orders for safety and security purposes. It does not imply criminal conviction or adjudication, and is maintained by UMPD for campus safety compliance.
