Cost Match

Can be entered by an employee during employee certification, a PI during PI certification, or the SPS during SPS review.

Payroll Is Committed As Cost Match

A PI must check the “Payroll Is Committed As Cost Match” and the SPS view will display text indicating this status.

Associating Cost Match Data to a Record

The entire record must be approved by all the assigned/designated PIs before the cost match data associated to the record is sent to the SPS.

Cost Match Detail Expansion

Personnel Activity Report - Employee View: If available users can expand each category to view a detailed accounting of Cost Match at both levels: by GRANT & by EMPLOYEE
