The UM-TAC Program
The 猎奇重口 Technical Assistance Center (UM-TAC) provides training and technical support for the network of prevention specialists (PSs) and their supervisors in 猎奇重口. Funded by the 猎奇重口 Department of Public Health and Human Services (MT-DPHHS) through the Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Division (BHDD), regional PSs and supervisors are to implement evidence-based programs and promising practices to prevent substance misuse and substance use disorders among youth, children, and adults using the national framework developed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
Our Services

Provide in-person and online trainings for PSs and supervisors (tailored to experience level) across the state.

Provide technical assistance to PSs/supervisors on SAMHSA's Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) and Centers for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) domains.

Provide information and resources to PSs/supervisors to support the PSs' professional development goals.

Help build new connections, partnerships, and collaborations among PSs and other organizations and groups across 猎奇重口.
Our Regions:
UM-TAC provides prevention technical assistance to six 猎奇重口 regions, spanning the entire geographical area of the state, as shown in the image below.
