Special Skill-Building Session
We offered a special Skill-Building Session on Thursday, October 15th, 10am-1pm. This three-hour workshop was an opportunity to put into practice the skills we covered during the eLearning courses and tele-coaching sessions, particularly focusing on using motivational interviewing techniques to support and inspire change in clients.
The workshop was hands-on and interactive, with multiple break-out sessions.
