SMS Messaging Program
Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description
The 猎奇重口 ("UM" or "University") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate institutional notifications, event updates, emergency alerts, administrative announcements, and other university-related information to students, faculty, staff, prospective students, and other community members who have opted in to receive such messages.
SMS messages are sent from 猎奇重口 Calling Plan phone numbers managed through Microsoft Teams and are classified as Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging subject to 10DLC carrier regulations.
2. Opt-In and Consent
By opting in to the 猎奇重口 SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from the 猎奇重口. Consent is not a condition of enrollment, employment, or any other university service.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
3. Message Frequency and Content
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your relationship with the University and the types of notifications you have opted into. Categories of messages may include:
- Emergency alerts and campus safety notifications
- Academic and enrollment reminders (registration windows, deadlines, holds)
- Campus event announcements and reminders
- Admissions and prospective student communications
- Administrative notifications from university departments
The University does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages and is not responsible for delays or failures caused by wireless carrier networks or device limitations.

5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the 猎奇重口 SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message received. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START to a message from a UM number, or by re-submitting your opt-in through an official UM channel.

For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any 猎奇重口 SMS message. You will receive a response with contact information for support.

7. Privacy and Data Use
The 猎奇重口 is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. Your mobile phone number and related data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the 猎奇重口 Privacy Statement, available at:
The University does not sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or personal information to third parties. Your phone number will not be shared except as required by law or to fulfill the SMS service through authorized third-party service providers.
8. Program Changes and Termination
The 猎奇重口 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS messaging program at any time, with or without notice. These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the SMS program following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Compliance
This SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable 10DLC carrier regulations. All messages are sent from registered 猎奇重口 phone numbers through Microsoft Teams Calling Plans.
