Personalized Recruitment Training for Search Committees and Departments
In addition to the on-demand Search Committee Training available in NEOED Learn, Human Resource Services offers personalized recruitment training to support departments and supervisors at key points in the hiring process.
Human Resource Services provides one-on-one recruitment training and consultations for departments and supervisors conducting searches.
When a recruitment is planned, departments are encouraged to contact our office to schedule a personalized training session with a member of the recruitment team. These sessions are designed to complement the on-demand NEOED Learn training and focus on search-specific guidance, including timelines, roles, and UM recruitment expectations.
Personalized training also includes an overview of the recruitment system you’ll be using—such as NEOED or Interfolio—so search chairs, committee members and supervisors know what to expect and how to move candidates through each step of the process.
Training is available in-person or virtually and can be tailored to the recruitment type, complexity, and experience level of the hiring team.
