2025-2026 Housing Rates
All rates include high-speed internet and all utilities.
The 2025-2026 rates will not be approved by the Board of Regents until the end of May. This information will be update in early June to reflect the actual room rates.
Common Charges
Room rates as well as common charges for the Residence Halls are available on the Residence Halls Common Charges.
Meal Plans
