After a gentlemen has been offered a bid from a Fraternity this Qualtrics  should be completed by the new member empowering all other Chapters to know to which Chapter they are planning on committing to. 

After formal or informal recruitment please update your Chapter Rosters

*Sororities please also send in any signed MRABA that you have for the FSL files.

After formal or informal recruitment periods

Complete the Qualtrics and please use this excel roster template which will be uploaded during your Qualtrics submission. 

Have new members complete the Membership Information Release Form and consider the Photo Release Form.

After formal or informal recruitment periods

All members must complete the Qualtrics  so we can do Chapter Grade Reports at the end of the semester. 

We would ask that any member consider completing the Qualtrics .

As you plan your socials please ensure to submit any social form by the Wednesday morning prior to the event you are wishing to host. This submission does require a completed list of invited guests - per the Mutual Agreement.

Throughout the academic semester

Complete the  must be submitted by Tuesday at midnight the week of your event to be reviewed Wednesday morning for approval and reservation of the Griz Card Reader  

We want to celebrate YOU! Consider submitting highlights from your Chapter and your members throughout the year. FSL wants to celebrate you and your Chapter as well as share out highlights, achievements, and the ways you're making an impact. Think of this as your brag board - small or big, every win deserves to shine!
