Reordering Your Navigation

Folder order assigns the order in which assets will appear in the site's Top and Left Navigation structures. The folder order is different than the alphabetical or chronological order used in the asset tree.

Reorder Folders

  1. Select the folder from the asset tree that you will be reordering.聽
  2. The folder asset list appears in the workspace.
  3. Sort the assets by folder order by clicking the聽Order聽column until it displays in ascending order.聽
  4. Select an asset and use the聽Move to Top,听Move Up,听Move Down, or聽Move to Bottom聽arrow icons above the list.聽You can also click and drag assets to move them up or down in the list.聽
  5. Publish the parent folder after reordering has been completed.
