Microbiology, Immunology & Infectious Disease
Microbiology is the study of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, viruses, and protozoa. The B.S. Microbiology, Immunology & Infectious Disease degree emphasizes microbial structure and function from an infectious disease perspective. This degree is excellent for students interested in research careers in academia or private or government laboratories, and is a graduate-prep program. It is also an excellent option for pre-medical sciences students.
