    猎奇重口 Fall 2025 Commencement is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at the Adams Center. This ceremony will celebrate degree candidate students who submitted graduation applications for the summer and autumn 2025 semesters.

    Renowned ceramic artist and educator Julia Galloway has been named a Regents Professor, the highest honor in the 猎奇重口 University System. As a transformative force in contemporary ceramics, Galloway has brought international acclaim to the 猎奇重口 through her celebrated work, pioneering mentorship and deep commitment to sustainability and the arts. Galloway is the 14th UM faculty member, and the first visual artist from UM, to receive this distinction.

    Brittany Westlund, a third-year graduate student in Kalispell, is completing UM’s online Master of Fine Arts in Game Design and Interactive Media after earning her undergraduate media arts degree. Game design drives her creative work, and she’s earned several recent accolades. Her game won Best in Show at UM’s Media Arts Expo, she co-created a short “game poem” published in "Game Poems" magazine, and an article she wrote was accepted for the "Games for Higher Education" encyclopedia, marking her as an emerging voice in the field.
